By means of this new service of IRS&M, its calibration, research laboratory, institution, inspection body and certification body will receive a biweekly alert, by means of a mail or a telephone call, when some of the standards declared by the client has a new version, as it demands point 5.4.2 of norm ISO 17025..

“The laboratory must use the calibration or test methods, including those of sampling, that satisfy the necessities with the client and that they are appropriate for the tests or the calibrations that make. The methods published like international, regional or national norms are due to use preferredly. The laboratory must make sure that it uses the last effective version of the norm, unless is not appropriate or possible. When it is necessary, the norm must be complemented with additional details to assure a coherent application”

In order to make sure the reception of the mail, if after 3 days of envoy he himself, the client does not respond to the receipt requested of he himself, IRS&M will call it by telephone to corroborate their reception, and in case of of not having produced, the same one will be replay him.
